Hives is a skin disease that occurs due to an allergic reaction. The condition is mainly occurs due to the release of histamine but psychological stress is one big cause that triggers the appearance of hives. Hives can be itchy and painful and sometimes swelling of the eyelids and tongue may cause difficulty in breathing. You can get rid of stress hives naturally by making some dietary and lifestyle changes.

Avoid foods like nuts, chocolates, shell fish, coffee, meats as these foods triggers hives. Drink plenty of water, take vitamin C rich foods and drinks as it lowers the level of histamine and reduce the risk of hives. Beside that green tea also prevent form hives. Including this, you can take homeopathic medicine like OxyHives. It is a natural and safe formula for hives treatment. It provides relief from swelling, itching, burning, pain, tingling caused due to hives. It is combination of homeopathic ingredients and an ideal remedy for hives treatment.
